베이비래빗은 인스타그램을 기반으로 전개중인 아동복 브랜드입니다.
브랜드 인스타그램을 통해 매 월 드롭 형태로 신제품을 출시하고 있으며
자사몰 플랫폼을 통해서 고객 유입과 판매를 전개하고 있었습니다.
Problem (Pains)
브랜드 충성고객층이 탄탄하여 신제품이 출시되면 꾸준한 매출이 발생하지만
SNS 바깥의 외연 확장에 있어서는 아쉬움이 있는 상황이었습니다.
Strategy
주요 디지털 광고 매체에서 기존 고객, 신규 고객을 분리해 캠페인을 전개했습니다.
목표한 신규 고객 확보를 위해 신규 타겟 유입에 예산 비중을 높여 차등화하면서
슬라이드, 단일 이미지, 영상 등 다양한 소재 유형을 추가적으로 테스트 했습니다.
또한, 광고 소재 유형에 있어 그동안에는 제품 이미지 중심으로 사용이 되었다면
아동 모델 촬영 이미지를 제안, 사용하여 브랜드 규모감을 높이도록 하였습니다.
Result (Performance)
매월 전략적으로 예산 배분, 캠페인 세팅, 광고 이미지 소재 전략 등
사전 계획 후 시나리오에 따라 안정적으로 운영을 전개하였습니다.
매 월 광고 운영 성과를 정리, 인사이트를 도출해 이후 전략을 제시했으며
최초 계획한 방향대로 신규 모객 캠페인에 집중하여 운영한 결과
M/M 대비 광고로 인한 전환 매출액은 약 120% 이상 증가했고,
신규 타겟 캠페인 전환 매출은 약 72% 증가하는 성과를 거두었습니다.
